Renegade Plant-Based Salami Lorraine
Wine-country inspired salami influenced by the vineyards of Lorraine, France. Lorraine has been producing wine since Roman times and is also known for its many gastronomic traditions. The region abounds with many delicacies and it’s where the idea for our new flavor, Salami Lorraine, was born. The Salami Lorraine has flavors of red wine and shallots, and it pairs well with boule, aged cheeses, sun dried tomatoes and chestnuts.
