Or use it like you would use olives: add it to cheese boards or slice it up on sandwiches & cold salads.

The taste: The pickling process takes away the pungency of the garlic, leaving plenty of garlicky flavor without overwhelming your senses. Its vinegary kick is balanced by a little sweetness and a hint of heat.

The texture: Similar to an olive- not at all mushy but also not crunchy. You can slice and dice it and it will hold its shape. Good to the last drop: The brine makes an amazing salad dressing! (The link on the label will take you right to the recipe).

Overnight shipping is available for all items and ship Monday - Thursday.

Orders must be in by noon and will ship by 6pm. We do our best to ship out the same day, but we are a small staff and occasionally we will ship out the next day. If you need your item delivered by a certain day, please let us know.

Please be aware that shipping can be affected by weather, holidays and other things and if you need your items by a certain day, you should consider selecting overnight shipping.

  •  Ground shipping for cold items is available for Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont  and Washington DC. Orders placed by noon for these states ship Monday - Thursday and should arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • All other states must use UPS Overnight shipping for cold items.
  • Shelf stable products are available to ship ground or overnight to all regions.
  • Local pickup at our store in Morristown, New Jersey, is also available.
