This vegan pesto stays true to its basil-olive oil base, but with the added bonus of reducing food waste with every bite! Great on a pizza, with pasta or spread on a sandwich.

Carrot greens have flavor similar to parsley and taste delicious when combined with basil in pesto. Please refrigerate after opening and consume within three to four weeks of opening as the sauces do not contain preservatives.
