Uses: 1:1 swap for traditional dairy mozzarella. Ovoline-style brine makes it indistinguishable from its dairy counterpart. Low-moisture, Fresh Mozz slices and shreds well for use on pizzas and sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie boards.
